The main objective of the school is to provide quality education to the community with the low income and non-affordability of quality education, emphasizing on overall development. The fees is substantially subsidised by the promoters.

The school is promoted by Mr.S. Ramesh – CHAIRMAN who owns OEG group of companies (www.oegglobal.com) with Mrs. Usha Ramesh is the co-founder of the school who manages the school activities. The founders felt that CISCE curriculum is the best suited for overall development of the children and the rural community should be benefited. The school gets lot of assistance from Eklavya School, Ahmedabad. The governing council includes parents also. The school emphasise substantive learning in the formative years of the children in Nursery and Junior Classes. Once in every month children are taken outdoor field visits which include farmlands and public places. Children are taught Skating, Singing, Percussion instrument Mirudhangam and yoga as part of the curriculum. School has a Block room which has Froebel gifts, teaching blocks and Montessori teaching materials. The school building comprises of single large block and ground floor only with high ceiling allowing enough ventilation and light. It includes adequate number of classrooms, fully equipped labs, multimedia room and library. Indoor stadium is available for shuttle cock, skating, etc. also used for big meetings and gatherings. The school has three buses. The school is blessed with dedicated teaching and office staff.

The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi, which is an All-India Board and the children appear for ICSE examination in class X and ISC in class XII.

The academic year is divided into 3 terms and accordingly appropriate number of cycle Tests are conducted before each Term exam. Projects, Assignments and Seminars are part of the internal assessment. School conducts Mothers workshop at every month and Individual Parent-Educator Meeting at the end of each term where parents collect the reports of their wards from the respective Class Teachers.

The school is divided into 4 Houses and various competitions are conducted for children. Teachers are attached to each house, and they assist the children.
